2 Crispy Corn Tortillas layered with Refried Beans, Grilled Ham, and 2 Eggs over-easy placed on top. Served with a bed of Lettuce, Chopped Tomatoes, and a side of Salsa Ranchera.

Churrasco Platter

Our famous Potato-Cheese Patties (2) cooked in Achiote Oil are served on Lettuce, topped off with an Onion-Tomato Encurtido. Accompanied with 2 Eggs, a Grilled Beef Skirt, sliced Avocado, & a side of South American Red Pepper-Peanut sauce. (Mildly Spicy)
